当サイトに掲載されている素材を利用した上で何らかの問題・トラブルが発生した場合、こちらは一切の責任を負いかねます。
あくまで自己責任の範囲でご利用ください。

クレジット表記を行っていただける際は、

・素材を主体とする製品(素材集、スタンプ等)への利用：NG
・無断転載：NG
・二次配布：NG
ゲーム内臓素材として、ゲーム本体と共に配布する行為は、本規約における「二次配布」に含みません。
その他、公序良俗に反することへのご利用はお控えください。
また、RPGツクールRTP改変品に限り、上記に加えて以下の条文が加わります。
・RPGツクールの当該製品の正規ユーザーのみ使用可
素材を配布している記事毎に何らかの特記事項が書かれている場合は、そちらを優先してください。

The assets on this site are mostly intended for use in game development, but it is OK to use them for any other creative projects, such as creating web pages, movies, etc.
Feel free to use them, as long as you comply with these terms of use!
I cannot be held responsible for ANY problems or issues that may arise from the use of the assets posted on this site.
Please use them at your own risk.

・Use in Adult Content: OK
・Credit Attribution: Optional
If you choose to provide credit, please credit as "シオノミコン", or “Shionomicon.”
・Use in products where the assets are the main focus (asset collections, stickers, etc.): Not allowed
・Unauthorized Reproduction: Not allowed
・Redistribution: Not allowed
Distributing the assets as part of the game itself, along with the game, is not considered “redistribution” under these terms.
In addition, DO NOT use the assets in any way that violates public order and morals.
For the assets which are created by based on RPG Maker-assets, the following provisions apply in addition to the above:
